How we handle your data

Privacy Policy

Short version: MamaPickLab has no accounts, no checkout and no login. We do not ask for your name, address or payment details, and we do not sell data. The only personal data we ever receive is an email you choose to send us.

1. Who we are

MamaPickLab is an independent editorial site that compares baby products using specifications published by the manufacturers. We are not a retailer: we do not sell products, take orders or process payments. Where a link leads to a brand or retailer, that site's own privacy policy applies once you leave ours.

2. What we collect

Nothing by default

There is no account system, no newsletter signup that stores your address, and no comment section. Browsing this site does not require you to give us any personal information.

Email you send us

If you write to hello@mamapicklab.com, we receive your email address and whatever you put in the message. We keep it only as long as needed to answer, and we do not add you to any mailing list.

Server logs

Our hosting provider records standard request logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp) for security and abuse prevention. These logs are not used to build profiles and are not combined with any other data.

3. Cookies and analytics

We do not set advertising or tracking cookies ourselves. If analytics are enabled on a future version of this site, this page will be updated first, and the tool will be configured without cross-site profiling where that is possible.

Third parties may set cookies after you click an outbound link. Those cookies are controlled by the destination site or affiliate network, not by us — see the next section.

4. Affiliate links

Outbound product links go through a redirect on this domain (/go/…) and may carry an affiliate identifier. If you buy after clicking, we may receive a commission at no extra cost to you. The destination site or its affiliate network may set a cookie to attribute that referral. We never see your order details, address or payment information.

5. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, or to object to processing. In practice, if you have only browsed this site, we hold nothing that identifies you. To exercise any right, email us at the address above and we will respond within 30 days.

EEA / UK (GDPR): our lawful basis for handling an email you send us is legitimate interest in replying to you.
California (CCPA/CPRA): we do not sell or share personal information, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.

6. Children

This site is written for adults buying products for children. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect their data.

7. Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it. Material changes — for example adding analytics or a newsletter — will be described here rather than slipped in silently.
