1. What this site is

MamaPickLab is an editorial comparison site. We publish specifications, prices and commentary about baby products, and we link out to brands and retailers. We are not a shop, a marketplace, a broker or an agent for any brand. No contract of sale is formed between you and us.

2. Using the site

You may read, link to and quote this site for personal or editorial use with attribution. You may not:

• scrape or bulk-download the catalogue to rebuild a competing database,
• present our scores or copy as your own editorial output,
• attempt to interfere with the site's operation or security,
• use the site in a way that breaks the law where you live.

3. Accuracy, and what we do not promise

Every number on this site is copied from a manufacturer's own page on the date printed beside it. We check prices when we publish and re-check them periodically, but we do not guarantee that a price, dimension, weight limit or availability is current at the moment you read it. Prices change, products are revised and pages are taken down.

Nothing on this site is a warranty from us, and nothing here overrides the manufacturer's manual or the retailer's own terms. If our page and the brand's page disagree, the brand's page wins — please tell us so we can correct ours.

4. Safety-critical products

Car seats, cribs and strollers are safety products. Our comparisons are editorial and are not a substitute for the manufacturer's fitting instructions, a certified installer's advice, or the current recall list. 5. Affiliate links

6. Third-party sites

We link to brand sites and retailers we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, prices, stock, shipping, returns or privacy practices. Read their terms before you buy.

7. Intellectual property

Our text, scoring method, comparisons and page design belong to MamaPickLab. Product names, logos and manufacturer photography belong to their respective owners and are used for identification and comparison. Trademarks are used nominatively — we are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any brand we cover.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site, including a purchase decision made on the basis of information that has since changed. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top changes when we do. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
